DINE Contract Catering Ltd is recruiting a dedicated Weekend Cook to help ensure the smooth running of the operations. This part-time role is contracted to 17 hours per week and weekends only. You will join a team that values quality, progression, and a supportive workplace.

As a Weekend Cook you will prepare high-quality food, assist with menu changes, listen to client feedback, and help create new concepts while maintaining hygiene and a positive brand image in our kitchen operations.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising a team.
• Background in a similar Chef/ Cook role.
• Hold a Food Hygiene certificate.
• Passion for great-tasting food and customer service.
• Flexible approach to working weekends and shifts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare delicious, high-quality food.
• Oversee and implement menu changes.
• Identify opportunities to improve food services.
• Listen to customer feedback to improve services.
• Support creation of new menus and concepts.
• Represent DINE and maintain a positive brand image
• Monitor inventories and keep kitchens stocked.
• Oversee kitchen cleaning to maintain hygiene standards.
• Comply with Food Handling, Hygiene and Health & Safety regulations.
