Purdicom Limited is seeking an experienced catering professional to provide high-quality deli-style meals for 40–60 employees. The role involves cooking to a variety of fresh options, managing a defined budget, and ensuring safe, hygienic food service.

You will maintain stock, cater to dietary needs, and uphold COSHH and safety standards. The position is part-time (24 hours weekly) with no weekend or evening shifts, offering a good work-life balance and on-site duties in a rural location.

Qualifications

• Must be able to cook well unsupervised and create varied, fresh deli-style options.
• Able to suggest improvements and new ways of working to enhance service.
• Comfortable ordering supplies and managing within a budget; cleanliness and hygiene are essential.

• Good communication with colleagues and staff to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve fresh deli-style lunches for 40–60 staff.

• Oversee stock levels, ordering, and cost controls to stay within budget.
