Job summary

DINE on a part-time basis contracted to 10 hours per week is recruiting an ambitious Chef. You will prepare and serve high-quality food, oversee menu changes, and seek improvements in our food services.

The role emphasises customer satisfaction and brand representation within the market-leading UK food service company. The ideal candidate will hold relevant City & Guilds/NVQ qualifications, have a Food Hygiene certificate, and demonstrate team supervision experience with a flexible working

Qualifications

• City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent
• Food Hygiene certificate
• Experience supervising a team
• Experience in a similar Chef role
• Flexible approach to working

Responsibilities

• Preparing delicious, high-quality food that delights our clients and customers
• Overseeing and implementing menu changes
• Identifying opportunities to improve our food services
• Listening and acting on customer feedback to improve our services
• Supporting with the creation of new menus and concepts
• Representing DINE and maintaining a positive brand image
• Monitoring inventories to keep kitchens well-stocked
• Overseeing kitchen cleaning to maintain hygiene standards
• Complying with Food Hygiene and Health and Safety regulations
