Job summary

Palé Hall, a Relais & Châteaux property in the Dee Valley near Snowdonia, seeks a Concierge to join our Front of House team. You’ll greet guests, assist with luggage, support reception during check-in/check-out, and help maintain a welcoming atmosphere.

We value enthusiasm and a flexible, personable attitude; previous hotel experience isn’t essential as full training is provided. A full driving licence is preferred for valet duties, and weekend rota work applies.

Qualifications

• Full driving licence is required.
• Weekend work on a rota basis is expected.
• Previous hotel/hospitality experience is not essential; full training will be provided.
