Job summary

Palé Hall, a distinguished luxury hotel, seeks a polished Receptionist to join the Front of House team. You will be the first friendly face guests see, handling check-in/out, guest requests and enquiries with warmth and professionalism in a Snowdonia setting.

The role requires a neat appearance, strong communication skills and a flexible, team‑oriented approach to shifts, including weekends in a five eight-hour pattern.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in a similar role preferred.
• Able to commute to Palé Hall independently for shifts.
• Applicants must have the right to live and work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and provide a professional front-of-house greeting.
• Check-in and check-out guests, process payments and reservations.
• Answer guest requests with accuracy and courtesy; liaise with hotel departments.
• Maintain high personal presentation and grooming in line with luxury standards.
• Know hotel facilities, packages, rates and dining options to communicate confidently.
• Deliver accurate handovers to the next shift and ensure smooth service.
