Job summary

Qualifications
- NVQ Level 2 or equivalent
- Food Safety certificates (Level 3) desired
- Experience in catering, hospitality or healthcare environments
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
- Strong understanding of food hygiene, health & safety
- High standards of personal hygiene and cleanliness
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality food service to patients, visitors and colleagues
- Prepare and serve fresh food in line with standards and budget guidelines
- Follow health & safety, food safety and safeguarding procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation across kitchen and service areas
- Respond promptly to feedback and escalate concerns
- Support stock control, minimize waste and report incidents
