Job summary

The Falstaff in Canterbury is seeking a confident Weekend Breakfast Chef to join our kitchen team and deliver a high-quality breakfast service every Saturday and Sunday. This role requires reliability, enthusiasm, and the ability to work independently during busy periods.

You will prepare and cook a range of breakfast dishes to a high standard, maintain kitchen cleanliness, and support with prep and close-down as needed, while working closely with the wider team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook breakfast dishes for Saturdays and Sundays.

• Manage your section efficiently during busy periods.
• Adhere to food hygiene and keep the kitchen clean and stocked.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth breakfast service.
• Assist with prep and close-down duties as required.
