Experience in hospitality is required, with the ability to work independently or with a team and to perform well under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Cover all kitchen and back of house duties including breakfast and brunch menus and prep for daily sales.
• Prep and execute delivery of hotel events of up to 100 guests.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
