Job summary

The Falstaff, Canterbury is seeking a weekend Breakfast Chef to join our kitchen and deliver a high-quality Saturday and Sunday breakfast service, with occasional midweek cover.

You’ll prepare and cook a range of breakfast dishes, maintain cleanliness and high standards, and work with the team to ensure a smooth service. Benefits include food & drink events, sister hotel discounts in Rye, and 5.6 weeks holiday pro rata.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and cooking breakfast dishes
• Maintaining consistency, quality and presentation throughout service
• Managing your section efficiently during busy periods
• Ensuring food is prepared safely and in line with food hygiene standards
• Keeping the kitchen clean, organised and well stocked
• Working closely with the wider team to ensure a smooth breakfast service
• Supporting with preparation and close-down duties as required
