Break the Fast London in Brockley, SE4 is seeking an experienced Breakfast Chef to lead busy weekend brunch service. This is a creative, not entry-level role requiring confidence, organization and the ability to run a high-volume kitchen.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Breakfast or Brunch Chef
• Ability to manage high-volume weekend service
• Strong understanding of hygiene and food safety standards
• Excellent plating and presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Preparing and delivering high-quality breakfast and brunch dishes
• Managing and executing Deliveroo & UberEats orders efficiently
• Maintaining consistency, presentation and speed during peak service
• Supporting menu development with creative ideas
• Ensuring excellent hygiene and food safety standards
• Working collaboratively with front-of-house to ensure smooth service
