LKQ Europe is seeking a Branch Assistant to join a busy UK branch. The role combines deliveries, warehouse tasks and front-desk support to ensure an outstanding customer experience.

You will deliver products, support stock control and help customers at the trade counter, while maintaining safety and efficient branch operations. The ideal candidate has a positive attitude, a full UK driving licence and strong communication skills, with a willingness to learn and grow within a collaborative,

Qualificações

• Previous experience in a delivery driving, warehouse, logistics or branch support role.
• A full, clean UK driving licence.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy, fast-paced environment.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Understanding of safe working practices and Health & Safety.
• Basic IT skills and confidence using handheld devices or warehouse systems.
• A flexible, reliable and team-focused approach.
• Experience within the automotive, retail or logistics sector would be an advantage, as training will be provided.

Responsabilidades

• Support every aspect of the branch operation to deliver excellent service and maintain high standards.
• Deliver products safely, accurately and on time, ensuring customers receive excellent service.
• Build positive relationships with customers and represent the business professionally.
• Assist at the trade counter and with Click & Collect when needed.
• Help resolve customer queries and contribute to a positive customer experience.
• Pick, pack and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with goods receiving, stock movements and dispatch activities.
• Maintain stock accuracy through daily checks and inventory procedures.
• Help maintain shelf availability and warehouse organisation.
• Carry out daily vehicle safety checks and keep company vehicles clean and roadworthy.
• Use ePOD systems and handheld devices accurately and effectively.
