Job summary
LKQ Europe in the United Kingdom is seeking a Branch Assistant to join a busy branch, blending deliveries, warehouse tasks and branch support to deliver an outstanding customer experience. Ideal candidates will have delivery/warehouse experience, a full UK driving licence, strong customer service and communication skills, and basic IT proficiency
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a delivery driving, warehouse, logistics or branch support role.
- Full, clean UK driving licence.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment.
- Basic IT skills and confidence using handheld devices or warehouse systems.
Responsibilities
- Deliver products safely, accurately and on time, ensuring every customer receives excellent service.
- Support warehouse operations and stock movements.
- Maintain stock accuracy through daily checks and inventory procedures.
- Assist at the trade counter and with Click & Collect.
- Resolve customer queries and contribute to a positive experience.
