Job summary

LKQ Europe is seeking a Branch Assistant to join our busy UK branch. This hands-on role mixes deliveries, warehouse tasks and branch support to ensure an exceptional customer experience. You’ll deliver products, support stock movements and assist at the trade counter while upholding safety and service standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in delivery driving, warehouse, logistics or branch support.
• A full, clean UK driving licence.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy, fast-paced environment.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products safely, accurately and on time, ensuring every customer receives excellent service.
• Build positive relationships with customers and represent the business professionally at every opportunity.
• Support Click & Collect customers and assist at the trade counter when needed.
• Help resolve customer queries and contribute to a positive customer experience.
• Pick, pack and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with goods receiving, stock movements and dispatch activities.
• Maintain stock accuracy through daily stock checks and inventory procedures.
• Carry out daily vehicle safety checks before every journey.
• Use delivery technology, including ePOD systems and handheld devices, accurately and effectively.
• Drive safely at all times, promoting our safety-first culture.
