Job summary

LKQ Europe is seeking a Branch Assistant for its busy UK branch. The role combines customer deliveries, warehouse operations and branch support to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

You will be out on deliveries, support stock movements and assist customers at the trade counter, ensuring on-time, accurate service. You will contribute to a safety-first, efficient branch environment with opportunities for career growth across the UK & Europe.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a delivery driving, warehouse, logistics or branch support role.
• A full, clean UK driving licence.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• The ability to work efficiently in a busy, fast-paced environment.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• An understanding of Health & Safety and safe working practices.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products safely, accurately and on time, ensuring every customer receives excellent service.
• Support branch operation and maintain high standards; help achieve business goals.
• Build positive relationships with customers and represent the business professionally.
• Assist at the trade counter and with Click & Collect customers when needed.
• Help resolve customer queries and contribute to a positive customer experience.
• Pick, pack and prepare customer orders; assist with stock movements and dispatch activities.
• Maintain stock accuracy through daily stock checks and inventory procedures.
• Carry out vehicle safety checks and ensure company vehicles are roadworthy.
