LKQ Europe is seeking a Branch Assistant to join our busy UK branch. You will support deliveries, warehouse operations and trade counter service, helping us keep the branch running smoothly and deliver an excellent customer experience.

The role suits a proactive, reliable person with a full UK driving licence, strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Full training provided with opportunities across the UK & Europe.

Formación

• Previous experience in a delivery driving, warehouse, logistics or branch support role.
• A full, clean UK driving licence.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• The ability to work efficiently in a busy, fast-paced environment.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• An understanding of safe working practices and Health & Safety.
• Basic IT skills and confidence using handheld devices or warehouse systems.

Responsabilidades

• As a Branch Assistant, you'll support every aspect of the branch operation, helping the team deliver excellent service, maintain high operational standards and achieve business goals.
• Deliver products safely, accurately and on time, ensuring every customer receives excellent service.
• Build positive relationships with customers and represent the business professionally at every opportunity.
• Support Click & Collect customers and assist at the trade counter when needed.
• Help resolve customer queries and contribute to a positive customer experience.
• Support warehouse operations such as picking, packing, goods receiving, stock movements and dispatch activities.
• Maintain stock accuracy through daily checks and inventory procedures.
• Carry out daily vehicle safety checks and ensure company vehicles are clean and compliant.
