Qualifications

• Enthusiastic, dedicated and hardworking candidate.
• Experience in running and managing weddings is preferred.
• Strong communication and sales mindset within hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Handle enquiries and coordinate show rounds.
• Create and deliver wedding proposals within budget and time frames.
• Administer function agreements and deposits.
• Be the client’s first point of contact throughout enquiry to wedding run-up.
• Share reservation information with ops/kitchen teams prior to service.
• Aim to achieve pre-booked sales targets while delivering first-class service.
• Communicate potential leads to the wider group.
• Build relationships with the wider Sales Team.
