Job summary

Crerar Hotels is looking for a Wedding Coordinator to join our team across Scotland and the Lake District. In this full-time sales role, you will handle enquiries, coordinate weddings, conduct venue tours and work with clients to finalise details, reports to the Weddings Manager.

You’ll host Wedding Fairs and Open Evenings, track enquiries, prepare function sheets and wedding stationery, with strong communication and organisational skills essential for success in a dynamic, client-facing

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is beneficial.
• Excellent communication skills and strong organisational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Handle enquiries and coordinate weddings from enquiry to booking.
• Respond to client inquiries by phone and email and conduct venue tours.
• Work with clients to finalise wedding details and host Wedding Fairs/Open Evenings.
• Track enquiries, complete function sheets, and prepare wedding stationery.

Reporting to the Weddings Manager, you'll respond to client inquiries via phone and email, conduct venue tours, and work closely with clients to finalise wedding details. Your ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure, combined with excellent communication skills and strong organisational abilities, will be key to your success. You’ll also host Wedding Fairs and Open Evenings, contributing to the growth of event sales. With an administrative component to the role, you’ll track enquiries, complete function sheets, and prepare wedding stationery. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, and proficiency in Microsoft Office will be beneficial.
