Job summary

Brightstar Hospitality Management is looking for an engaging Weddings & Events Sales Office Manager to join our team in the United Kingdom. You will manage enquiries from initial contact through to confirmation, conduct show rounds, and maximise revenue across weddings, events, meeting rooms and hotel facilities.

Reporting to the commercial team, you will build strong client relationships, prepare bespoke proposals and contracts, and work with Revenue, F&B and Operations to ensure flawless event

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality sales and event management.
• Strong negotiation and proposal writing skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Handle enquiries from initial contact to booking confirmation.
• Conduct show rounds for prospective clients.
• Maximise sales across weddings, events, meetings and hotel facilities.
• Build relationships for seamless customer journey.
• Attend events to promote the hotel and generate new business.
• Prepare bespoke proposals and contracts, negotiate rates.
• Collaborate with Revenue, F&B and Operations for flawless events.
• Maintain records of sales activity, pipeline and forecasts.
