Job summary

Kew Green Hotels is seeking a Weddings, Banqueting and Social Events Supervisor to join our Commercial Hub in Rugby. You’ll support the Manager to drive performance, deliver memorable customer experiences and maximise revenue across our UK hotel portfolio.

You’ll convert enquiries into bookings, upsell packages, and lead a small team by example, coaching colleagues and maintaining service standards in a fast-paced events environment.

Qualifications

• Wedding, banqueting or hospitality sales experience.
• Strong commercial awareness and customer-focused mindset.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through the sales journey from enquiry to booking.
• Proactively follow up enquiries and proposals to maximise conversion.
• Upsell, cross-sell and grow revenue across the hotel portfolio.
• Coach and support colleagues to maintain service standards.
• Coordinate day-to-day operations and ensure accurate event documentation.
