Rudding Park in the United Kingdom is seeking a motivated Wedding & Events Sales Executive to join the Sales & Events team. You will maximise revenue across weddings, private events, meetings and celebrations, managing enquiries from first contact to confirmed booking.

Responsibilities

• Manage wedding and event enquiries across all channels.
• Respond promptly, delivering high-quality sales experiences.
• Qualify enquiries: client requirements, event type, dates, guest numbers, budget.
• Guide enquiries through the sales journey to booking.
• Follow up outstanding enquiries, proposals and quotations.
• Conduct venue tours and present facilities and services.
• Prepare personalised proposals and quotations.
• Identify upsell opportunities across accommodation, F&B, meeting rooms, spa.
• Build strong client relationships as a trusted contact.
• Work toward sales, conversion and revenue targets.
• Monitor pipeline and identify opportunities.
• Understand competitor venues and market trends.
• Meet team revenue targets.
