Four Squared in Worcestershire is seeking a Wedding & Events Co-ordinator to lead planning and delivery of luxury weddings, private celebrations, and corporate events. This hands-on role covers enquiry handling, venue tours, supplier liaison and seamless execution across a seven-day events schedule.

The successful candidate will be customer-focused, highly organised and capable of managing multiple projects while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in weddings, events, hospitality or venue management.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects concurrently.
• Proactive and adaptable with teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Handle wedding and event enquiries from first contact to planning meetings.
• Conduct venue show-rounds and convert enquiries into bookings.
• Coordinate all event logistics and client requirements.
• Oversee event setup including room layouts and décor.
• Manage suppliers and on-site staff during events.
• Create social media content and assist marketing.
• Support catering operations and order processing.
• Contribute to promotions and business development.
