Confidential is seeking a Wedding & Events Co-ordinator in Worcestershire to lead planning and delivery of weddings, private celebrations, corporate events and catering functions. The role blends client relationships, operations, hospitality and marketing in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage enquiries, conduct venue tours, coordinate suppliers and oversee event setup, while contributing to social media content and promotional activities across channels.

Qualifications

• Experience in weddings, events, hospitality or venue management.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Manage wedding and event enquiries from initial contact to planning meetings.
• Conduct venue show-rounds and convert enquiries into bookings.
• Liaise with suppliers (florists, DJs, venue partners).
• Coordinate event logistics and client requirements.
• Oversee event setup, including layouts, décor and equipment.
• Create marketing content for social media and online platforms.
