Animal Friends Pet Insurance Ltd. is seeking a Website Manager to own the digital presence, drive strategy and optimise the customer journey across our website. You will partner with marketing, product, IT and customer service to deliver high-converting experiences.

Key focus areas include GA4 analytics, data-driven insights and robust CRO with UX enhancements. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing websites or digital products with commercial impact.
• Strong understanding of modern web technologies and CMS.
• Expertise in GA4, event tagging and performance reporting.
• Hands-on CRO and UX optimisation experience.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Own the website roadmap and digital strategy.
• Lead landing page improvements, CTAs and A/B testing.
• Administer GA4 property and translate data into insights.
• Oversee information architecture and ensure security/compliance.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, IT and customer service to integrate systems.
