Job summary

Unum UK is seeking a Web Optimisation Specialist to own day-to-day performance and CRO for unum.co.uk within the Marketing team. You will improve site structure, navigation and user journeys, while ensuring accessibility and brand alignment across content updates.

In this hands-on role, you will monitor analytics, implement SEO recommendations, collaborate with the digital agency and stakeholders, manage backlog, and deliver measurable improvements in engagement and conversion, with hybrid 3

Qualifications

Experience updating website content in a CMS and implementing SEO/CRO improvements.
Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data and drive optimisations.
Knowledge of accessibility standards and ability to work with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Own day-to-day performance and CRO improvements for unum.co.uk.
Maintain content accuracy, structure and site navigation aligned with brand.
