What You’ll Do
  • Drive the Digital Strategy: Own the website roadmap to ensure our platform aligns with company goals and seamlessly serves both prospective and existing customers.
  • Optimise the Journey: Lead landing page improvements, CTA enhancements and A/B testing to elevate UX and boost conversion rates.
  • Own the Data: Administer our Google Analytics 4 property, manage the data layer, and translate user behaviour into actionable, revenue-driving insights.
  • Maintain Excellence: Oversee information architecture, ensure compliance with insurance sector security standards, and support UAT testing for flawless new releases.
  • Collaborate and Build: Partner with marketing, product, IT and customer service teams to seamlessly integrate systems and solve complex problems together.
What You Bring

  • Analytical Prowess: Deep expertise in GA4, event tagging and performance reporting.
