Job summary

Booker Group is seeking a Website Content Executive to shape on-site content across category pages, campaigns and supplier activity. This role is hands-on, with copywriting at its heart, ensuring SEO-friendly content that is accurate, engaging and easy to find for customers.

You will upload and manage content via our CMS, work with Digital Merchandising and Marketing teams, and contribute to product and promotion storytelling while improving the customer journey on the Booker website from our

Qualifications

• Strong copywriting skills with SEO experience.
• Attention to detail with high accuracy when publishing content.
• Understanding of eCommerce and how good content improves the customer journey.
• Ability to manage multiple pieces of work and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience collaborating with Digital, Marketing, Trading and supplier networks.
• Interest in ecommerce, digital marketing and creating content that delivers a great customer experience.
• Experience in B2B, wholesale or FMCG is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Write clear, engaging and SEO-friendly website copy across category pages, campaigns, landing pages and supplier activity.
• Upload, manage and maintain content across the Booker website using CMS.
• Ensure published content is accurate, up to date, consistent with brand.
• Apply SEO best practices, including page titles, meta descriptions, keywords to support organic search.
• Support supplier-funded campaigns by creating and publishing landing pages, banners and messaging.
• Create content to showcase product ranges, promotions and seasonal activity.
• Collaborate with Digital Merchandising Managers to support category plans and commercial priorities.
• Help customers find products more easily by improving category content, navigation, taxonomy and signposting.
• Regularly review website content and identify opportunities to improve quality and customer journey.
