A fast-growing tech organisation is looking for a Web3 Enterprise Sales Accounts Executive to drive new business opportunities and build relationships with global accounts in the Crypto/Web3 space. With at least 6 years of software selling experience, candidates should have a strong track record of closing complex deals. The role offers a competitive package with a base salary of up to £85k plus commission and share incentives. Video interviews are being conducted immediately for this critical position.

Qualifications

Web3 Enterprise Sales Accounts Executive - London or Amsterdam

This is a brand new opportunity based in London or Amsterdam, to join a well‑funded, quickly scaling and internationally focussed tech organisation. This technical sales role will suit top new business performers with proven experience of delivering on 6+ figure deals, selling to VP and C‑level Executives within global leaders in the Crypto/Web3 space.

Company and Role Overview

Our quickly scaling client provides the fastest and easiest plug‑and‑play fiat‑to‑crypto onramp integration that apps/websites can use to allow their users to buy cryptocurrencies. Reporting into the Head of Sales, they seek individuals who will take ownership within Wallets and Exchanges verticals, ensuring incremental growth in monthly transaction volumes, new logo acquisition and customer retention.

Key Duties
  • Exceed quarterly sales targets by driving new business opportunities
  • Develop and nurture relationships within accounts globally with a key focus on Wallets & Exchanges (top 15 players)
  • Demonstrate/sell value to key stakeholders within the accounts during complex sales cycles
  • Track all opportunity and customer details including use case, purchase timeframes, next steps, and forecasting in Salesforce
  • Partner with customer success to ensure high satisfaction and swift onboardings within your accounts
Key Requirements / Skills
  • Profound knowledge of the Crypto space, prior experience selling to leaders in Crypto/Web3 on a global level
  • At least 6+ years of software selling experience (Fintech/Payments tech experience preferred)
  • Track record of success selling into mid‑market and enterprise companies, consistently delivering on 6+ figure deals
  • Experience managing and closing complex sales‑cycles using solution selling techniques
  • Ideally a bachelor's degree and strong interpersonal, presentation and verbal skills are essential
