Job summary

Harnham is hiring a Web Instrumentation Analyst to join a business undergoing a full web analytics transformation programme, rebuilding measurement across products, apps and customer journeys.

You will own data layer design, implement Adobe Analytics and Launch, configure tags, and collaborate with product teams while ensuring data quality, governance and insights across web and mobile experiences.

Qualifications

• Strong web instrumentation and tagging experience.
• Adobe Analytics experience (Web SDK, Launch/Tags, Analytics).
• Data layer design and implementation experience.
• Experience with tag management and debugging.
• Experience working in digital product or eCommerce environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• RudderStack, GA4, OneTrust or other consent platforms, server-side tracking exposure, mobile app analytics, Looker or other reporting tools, Salesforce Marketing Cloud exposure.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage data layer design, implementation, QA, and optimisation.
• Implement and maintain Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch, and related instrumentation.
• Configure tracking pixels and marketing tags across web properties.
• Debug complex tagging and data collection issues.
• Support attribution and performance reporting.
• Build and support reporting outputs using analytics and BI tools.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand measurement requirements and business needs.
• Partner with Product and Martech teams to maintain consistent tracking frameworks.
• Support regional compliance requirements and consent management processes.
