Job summary

William Reed Ltd in Brighton is seeking a Junior Web Analyst to help teams make data-driven decisions. You will work across a large portfolio of brands to produce reporting, insights and analysis that inform actions and improve results.

You’ll gain hands-on experience with GA4, Adobe Analytics and other tools, building dashboards, interpreting data for both technical and non-technical audiences, and collaborating with stakeholders across the business.

Qualifications

• Genuine interest in web analytics and digital measurement.
• Familiarity with one analytics platform (GA4, Adobe, Piano) via work or studies.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with data-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Produce reports and insights on website performance, audience behaviour and marketing effectiveness.
• Be a day-to-day contact for analytics queries and interpret data for business questions.
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, segments and metrics in analytics platforms.
• Investigate tracking issues, identify root causes and support resolution with teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver insights.
• Support data quality checks and continuous improvement of analytics practices.
