Job summary

SOAS University of London is seeking an experienced Web Content Editor to join the Marketing, Student Recruitment and Admissions team in London. The role focuses on simplifying, consolidating, and standardising the university website to improve user experience.

You will maintain and optimise the site using analytics, develop information architectures, and ensure accessibility and SEO best practices. 35 hours per week, permanent contract at Grade 7, located in Bloomsbury, London.

Qualifications

• Experience with writing for the web and creating/optimising web pages and images.
• Strong understanding of SEO and GEO.
• Ability to advise on all web aspects of digital content.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update university web pages.
• Monitor user journeys using analytics to improve content.
• Develop information architecture and content strategy.
