Norwich University of the Arts is seeking a Digital Officer to join the Content Team and lead day-to-day management of the university website, focusing on user journeys, engaging content, and data-informed improvements.

You will train and support our network of website editors, collaborate with in-house developers and external consultants, and help raise the university's profile across the UK and internationally through a strong digital presence.

Formación

• Understanding UX and ensuring users have a great experience online.
• Analytical approach to digital content development, using data to inform and test decisions.
• Ability to manage a varied portfolio of projects using Agile/Sprints.
• Experience training and supporting editors.
