The role offers exposure to wealth-management processes, regulatory requirements, and collaboration with Operations, Marketing, and Platform Specialists. This fixed-term 6-month contract enhances data quality and client service across teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative, sales support, or operations roles.
• Strong organisational and prioritisation abilities.
• Attention to detail and right-first-time data checks.
• Good written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
• Numerical and analytical skills with data interpretation.
• Experience with Excel and FE Analytics is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary support for Sales Support and Distribution.
• Process new business flows and platform transactions.
• Serve as a main contact for adviser firms, resolving queries.
• Deliver accurate, timely client and advisor reports.
• Produce management information reports for tracking.
• Monitor adviser activity and identify opportunities.
• Generate DGT quotes on request.
• Prepare consultant-facing reports on pipelines and quotes.
• Deliver competitor analyses using FE Analytics.
• Ensure data quality and accurate processing across teams.
