Quilter Cheviot is seeking a Client Transfer Analyst in London to manage end-to-end client asset and money transfers within Operations, ensuring accuracy, regulatory compliance, and timely processing. You will coordinate with Cashiers, custodians, and external providers to maintain a seamless transfer experience for joining and exiting clients.

The role requires knowledge of Equisoft workflows, ISA rules, cross-border transfers, and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Strong, demonstrable experience in Transfers and Custody operations.
• Proven experience using Equisoft for transfers and STP workflows.
• Experience liaising with global custodians to resolve queries.
• Knowledge of UK regulatory requirements and ISA/tax wrappers.
• Exposure to domestic and overseas asset transfers and cross-border considerations.
• Familiarity with custodians such as BNY Mellon and BNP Paribas.

Responsabilités

• Oversee end-to-end client asset and client money transfers for joining/leaving clients.
• Coordinate with Cashiers and external providers to move assets securely and efficiently.
• Perform checks to ensure accuracy of books and records and support data integrity.
• Support automation initiatives and larger transfer-handling improvements.
