Job summary

Quilter plc in Manchester is hiring an Investment Administrator to support Investment Managers with client service, administration and operational tasks. The role is a 15-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave, based onsite with a hybrid working pattern.

You will work closely with private clients, advisers and other teams, handling data updates, account documentation and client communications in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Organised, professional and detail-focused with client service focus.
• Comfortable in a busy, client-facing environment and learning new systems.
• Ability to draft clear emails and letters and manage tasks to completion.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for clients, advisers and third parties by email and phone.
• Support Investment Managers with administration, data updates and client records.
• Prepare presentation packs and performance data for client meetings.
• Process KYC and suitability reviews in the CRM system and manage amendments.
• Assist with account openings, withdrawals, and online portal access.
• Maintain accurate documentation and support colleagues as needed.
