Job summary

Gen II (UK) Southampton is seeking a seasoned data reporting specialist for the Financial Services sector. You will document complex project requirements, coordinate with development resources, and build advanced reporting templates to meet business needs.

Ideal candidates have 5-8 years in a reporting environment, strong data mapping and Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), plus Private Equity experience and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years’ work experience in a reporting environment for Financial Services.
• Experienced in data mapping.
• Knowledge of financial reporting.
• Extensive Microsoft suite skills - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Private Equity experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Technical knowledge and business acumen.
• Ability to learn on-the-job quickly, apply learning to solve issues.
• Ability to adapt to changes in a rapidly changing environment.
• Proven attention to detail and accuracy.
• Superior problem solving, judgement and decision-making skills.
• Ability to think independently, prioritize, multi-task and meet deadlines.

• Serve as technical SME resource for analysts and stakeholders
• Other duties as assigned
