Job summary

Evelyn Partners in Glasgow is seeking a Wealth Platform Support Analyst on a 12-month FTC to provide Level 2 technical support for core wealth management platforms. You will work with suppliers and internal teams to investigate, triage, and resolve incidents and requests, and assist with configuration, releases and upgrades.

The role emphasises analytical problem solving, strong IT skills, and collaboration within a team. A hybrid working model and diverse benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in Wealth Management or similar with portfolio management suites and trading platforms.
• Experience in an Application Support role.
• Strong IT skills in core Microsoft Office systems; knowledge of SQL, Rest API, JIRA, and Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 technical support for core Wealth Management platforms.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal development teams on incidents, requests and changes.
• Prioritize issues based on impact and urgency; manage a queue with clear work notes.
• Support configuration, releases and upgrades of applications.
• Analyze problems and coordinate resolution with business users and third-party providers.
• Participate in testing and release management processes.
