Job summary

Evelyn Partners in Glasgow is seeking a Wealth Platform Support Analyst to join on a 6 Month FTC. You will provide Level 2 support for core wealth management platforms, collaborating with suppliers and internal development teams.

The role requires experience in Wealth Management, Application Support, and strong IT skills including Office, SQL, REST API, JIRA and Confluence; you will triage incidents, manage changes, and assist with releases and testing.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Wealth Management or similar
• Experience in an Application Support role or similar
• Proficient IT skills in Microsoft Office
• Familiarity with SQL, Rest API, JIRA, and Confluence
• Analytical thinking with attention to detail and problem solving
• Delivery focused with ability to multi-task and work well in a team

Responsibilities

• Level 2 technical support of core Wealth Management platforms
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal development teams on incidents
• Prioritize technical issues by impact and urgency and manage queues
• Support for application configuration, releases and upgrades
• Problem analysis and resolution with business users and third party suppliers
• Participate in testing and release management
