Evelyn Partners, a UK leader in wealth management, invites a Wealth Platform Support Analyst to join our Glasgow office on a 12 month FTC. This role focuses on operational support for core wealth platforms and engaging with business stakeholders and third-party providers to investigate, triage, and resolve issues.

You will work closely with platform suppliers and internal teams, handling incident requests and change management while maintaining thorough work notes and ensuring timely resolution.

Qualifications

• Experience in wealth management or similar with portfolio management and trading platforms
• Experience in an Application Support role or similar
• Proficient IT skills in core Microsoft Office systems
• Knowledge of SQL, Rest API, JIRA, and Confluence
• Analytical problem-solving with attention to detail
• Delivery-focused and a team player
• Knowledge of Iress, Avaloq, Fidessa would be desirable

Responsibilities

• Level 2 technical support of core Wealth Management platforms
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal development teams in incident, request, and change processes
• Prioritise issues by impact and urgency while managing a queue of incidents and requests
• Support for application configuration, releases and upgrades
• Analyze and resolve application problems with business users and third-party suppliers
• Participate in testing and release management
