Evelyn Partners, a UK leader in wealth management, invites a Wealth Platform Support Analyst to join our Glasgow office on a 12 month FTC. This role focuses on operational support for core wealth platforms and engaging with business stakeholders and third-party providers to investigate, triage, and resolve issues.
You will work closely with platform suppliers and internal teams, handling incident requests and change management while maintaining thorough work notes and ensuring timely resolution.

What will you be doing?
We're seeking a talented individual to join our team in Glasgow on a 12 month FTC, which is responsible for focusing on the operational support of our Core Wealth platforms and the associated users of these. Working closely with both business stakeholders and our third party platform providers, the role develops a deep understanding of how the systems work, to provide technical support in investigating and resolving issues, and triaging requests.
