Job summary

LGT Wealth Management UK LLP is seeking an HR Recruitment Coordinator to own end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for new joiners. You will conduct pre-employment screening, maintain the onboarding tracker, and coordinate job postings across channels.

The role requires strong communication, stakeholder management, and compliance with data protection and regulatory requirements. You'll work with Workday and Zinc platforms, support hiring managers, and help drive improvements in candidate

Qualifications

• Experience in an HR Recruitment Coordinator role preferably within Wealth Management or financial services.
• Good knowledge of recruitment and onboarding HR processes, data management, and regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency in HR and onboarding systems (e.g., Workday and Zinc preferably).
• Strong analytical and reporting skills, solutions focused.
• Excellent organisational, prioritisation and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes for new joiners
• Initiate pre-employment background screening for new joiners
• Add new joiners to and maintain the onboarding tracker by completing the relevant recruitment administration sections
• Coordinate job requisitions, postings and advertising across approved internal and external recruitment channels
• Review applications against defined criteria and support the scheduling of interviews, assessments and selection activities
• Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates, providing timely communication throughout the recruitment process
• Coordinate interview logistics, including calendars, meeting rooms or virtual links, candidate travel arrangements and interview materials
• Prepare and manage recruitment documentation, including offer letters, employment contracts and pre-employment screening materials
• Maintain accurate and confidential records in the applicant tracking system and other HR systems
• Support the Recruitment Business Partner, HR Business Partners and hiring managers with candidate shortlisting, interview feedback collection and timely decision-making
• Track recruitment activity and prepare regular reports on vacancies, candidate pipelines, time-to-hire, source effectiveness and other agreed metrics
• Support onboarding handovers by ensuring required recruitment and pre-employment documentation is complete before a new employee joins
• Assist in broader HR projects.
