Job summary

RGH-Global Ltd in Blackpool is seeking a Client Onboarding Coordinator on a 3-month FTC to ensure new client accounts are set up accurately and in line with policy and regulatory expectations. You will own onboarding reviews, liaise with investment colleagues, and work with Front Office and Due Diligence teams to keep processes smooth, while maintaining data quality.

Qualifications

• Comfortable using Word, Excel, and Outlook day-to-day.
• Confidently using internal platforms and tools.
• Clear understanding of relevant workflows; escalating issues early.
• Aware of regulatory framework and works within it.

Responsibilities

• Taking ownership of new client account reviews from receipt through activation.
• Acting as a go-to contact for onboarding questions via phone and email.
• Working with Front Office and Client Due Diligence teams to keep onboarding moving.
• Entering and maintaining client information with a strong focus on accuracy.
• Carrying out 4-eye reviews on colleagues' data entry to catch errors.
• Notifying teams when accounts have been opened.
• Running and reviewing exception reports to spot and fix data issues.
• Getting involved in data quality and process improvement projects.
• Digitising and filing account paperwork accurately and promptly.
• Suggesting ideas to improve onboarding day-to-day operations.
• Picking up other reasonable tasks as needed.
