Qualifications

• Experience in HR recruitment and onboarding.
• Knowledge of wealth management or financial services is preferred.
• Proficiency in HR systems and data handling.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes for new joiners.
• Initiate pre-employment background screening for new joiners.
• Add new joiners to and maintain the onboarding tracker by completing the relevant recruitment administration sections.
• Issue onboarding communications to new joiners, including onboarding email, first-day agenda and confirmation to hiring manager.
• Coordinate job requisitions, postings and advertising across approved channels.
• Review applications against criteria and support interview scheduling and assessments.
• Serve as primary point of contact for candidates with timely communication.
• Coordinate interview logistics, travel arrangements and materials.
• Prepare and manage contracts and pre-employment screening materials per processes.
• Maintain accurate confidential records in applicant tracking and HR systems.
• Support Recruitment Business Partner, HRBP and hiring managers with shortlisting and feedback.
• Track recruitment activity and prepare reports on vacancies and pipelines.
• Support onboarding handovers and document uploads for visa where applicable.
• Assist in annual re-screening of regulated employees.
• Manage onboarding and screening via Zinc and monitor progress.
• Work towards HR interviews for entry level roles.
• Assist with campaigns, talent pipelines, employer branding and events.
