LGT Wealth Management UK LLP is a UK-based partnership focused on delivering wealth management services with a strong emphasis on development and regulatory compliance. The HR team supports CPD, apprenticeships, and cross-border accreditation across multiple offices.

We are seeking a Training & Development Advisor to coordinate apprenticeship processes, manage CPD and CISI requirements, and handle learning records.

Qualifications

• Experience as Training and Development Advisor within wealth management or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes, data management, and regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency in HR systems such as Workday.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to work in a high-pressured environment and manage multiple stakeholders.
• High accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end apprenticeship processes, learner administration and progress monitoring.
• Administer the CPD process, maintain records, and CISI membership requirements.
• Maintain qualifications tracker with exam registrations, results, and resits.
• Coordinate cross-border and accreditation requirements, issuing attestations via Comply.
• Support development actions from year-end performance reviews.
• Track Fit and Proper forms and keep timely records.
• Administer Clever Nelly learning pauses and keep records current.
• Monitor T&D mailbox and respond to queries within timescales.
• Track new joiners' mandatory training, escalate overdue learning and share updates.
• Deliver training sessions to interns on the 8-week programme.
• Administer actions for known leavers, including Clever Nelly and CISI/FCA updates.
• Support with other T&D administration as needed.
• Collaborate with the T&D team on HR projects as needed.
