Quilter Cheviot is recruiting for a Client Relationship role within the Advice team. Based in Manchester with hybrid working, the role supports Financial Planners and paraplanning to service private clients, charities and trustees.

The role involves preparing meeting packs, submitting new business, and maintaining client records, while upholding the Treating Customers Fairly philosophy and developing professional skills within a supportive, inclusive environment.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare high quality meeting packs, recommendation reports and forms for client meetings.
• Submit new business with various providers and manage progress to implement advice.
• Communicate with clients via telephone and email, providing updates and answering queries.
• Maintain accurate client records on the in-house system X-Plan.
• Demonstrate understanding of Quilter Cheviot's Treating Customers Fairly philosophy through training.
