Job summary

Quilter Cheviot is seeking a Client Relationship professional to support the Advisory team in Chester, Leeds or Manchester on a hybrid basis. You will work with Financial Planners and paraplanning teams to prepare recommendations and manage client cases end-to-end.

The role focuses on client interaction, maintaining records, and ensuring accurate execution of advice within a supportive, inclusive environment that values professional development.

Qualifications

• Highly organised and proactive with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven customer service experience in a client-facing role.
• Experience delivering training to individuals or groups using established materials.
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality meeting packs, recommendation reports and application forms for client meetings.
• Submit new business with various providers and manage progress to implement advice.
• Communicate with clients via telephone and email, providing updates and handling queries.
• Maintain accurate client records in the in-house system, X-Plan.
• Follow Quilter Cheviot's Treating Customers Fairly philosophy through training and practice.
