Quilter Cheviot is seeking a driven Business Development Manager to grow the Leeds region. You will work hybrid from Leeds and nearby areas, promoting Quilter Cheviot’s discretionary and AIM services to financial advisers, and collaborating with investment managers to serve clients with complex needs.

The ideal candidate has Level 4 industry qualifications and strong knowledge of the financial adviser market, with a proven ability to develop new business and onboard advisers.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial services within local markets.
• Industry Level 4 qualification (CISI/CFA) or equivalent.
• Ability to manage own workload with oversight.

Responsabilités

• Promote Quilter Cheviot's discretionary investment services to advisers in the Leeds region.
• Set annual new business targets with the Head of Business Development - Advice.
• Meet new business targets and KPIs.
• Drive new business opportunities in the Leeds region.
• Coordinate with North Sales to target advisers and assign managers for new services.
• Agree sales initiative directions with Head of North Sales.
• Provide regular reports to the Heads using the standard format.
• Develop a business plan template to classify advisers.
• Build and maintain relationships with advisers and investment managers.
• Attend BD meetings as required.
• Maintain communication with investment directors and managers.
• Learn products and advise when appropriate.
• Record contacts/visits in the CRM.
