Young Citizens is looking fora Digital Marketing Lead to join our team and lead our digital marketing and communications activity as we embark on an ambitious new phase of growth.

Working across email marketing, social media, websites, Salesforce CRM, audience data and analytics, you'll play a key role in increasing engagement and strengthening the impact of our work.

• Has experience in communications, marketing, digital marketing, mass event marketing, media or PR
• Understands what motivates audiences and how to create content that drives action
• Thrives in busy, delivery-focused environments and can manage competing priorities
• Is a strong writer and creative thinker with excellent attention to detail
• Is comfortable using CRM systems, analytics and audience insights
• Has experience managing email marketing platforms, CRM systems and digital marketing campaigns
• Is proactive, collaborative and solutions-focused
• Understands the importance of safeguarding, privacy and responsible communications, or is willing to develop this knowledge
