Qualifications

• Experience operating mobile cranes and knowledge of lift plans.
• Willingness to obtain and maintain SC security clearance.
• Proven ability to work in safety-critical naval environments.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to varied operational tasks.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain mobile cranes in line with lift plans and safety regulations.
• Set up, operate, and de-rig cranes according to SOPs and safety protocols.
• Support vessel berthing and slipping evolutions, including heavy-lift tasks.
• Assist with planned maintenance and defect rectification to meet KPIs.
• Perform monthly maintenance routines on mobile cranes.
