The role

As a Mobile Crane Operator, you'll be at the heart of critical heavy-lift operations that support national defence. This is a hands-on role where precision and safety are paramount. You'll contribute to projects that keep our naval assets operational, making a real difference to the UK's security and infrastructure. Day-to-day, you'll be required to:

• Operating and maintaining mobile cranes in line with approved lift plans and safety regulations.
• Setting up, operating, and de-rigging cranes according to SOPs and safety protocols.
• Supporting vessel berthing and slipping evolutions, including heavy-lift and ancillary tasks.
• Assisting with planned maintenance and defect rectification to meet KPIs.
• Performing monthly maintenance routines on mobile cranes.

This is a full-time, permanent position, based onsite at HMNB Clyde.
