Mott MacDonald Bentley is seeking a Civil Engineer to shape civil functions across project lifecycles from concept through commissioning. You will prepare and review designs, ensure compliance with standards, and collaborate with teams to deliver safe, practical solutions.

The role requires a degree in Civil Engineering and a proactive, pragmatic approach, with a willingness to travel and a valid driving licence. You will mentor graduates and work closely with commercial and construction teams.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Working towards Chartered/Incorporated membership of a professional institution (e.g. ICE, IMechE).
• Experience with water or wastewater projects; non-infrastructure or infrastructure is acceptable.
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality outputs meeting design, quality and safety standards.

Aufgaben

• Prepare and review designs for schemes ensuring fit-for-purpose solutions.
• Produce and review technical specifications and procurement schedules.
• Challenge client specifications and defend solutions to complex problems.
• Identify opportunities to improve delivery with standard designs, sustainable solutions, and digital tools.
• Act as technical checker and perform reviews across projects.
